At Mossman, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new garment isn't quite right, we offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all designer tags still attached.

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and attach the provided shipping label before dropping the parcel off at your nearest postal service.

• 4.
  Processing

  Once received and inspected by our quality control team, your refund or credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
